21+ premises only
Federal rule permits a nicotine vending machine only where no one under 21 is present or permitted to enter at any time. If your venue admits under-21 patrons at any point — an all-ages show, a daytime kitchen service, a family brunch — we will tell you straight that you are not a fit rather than place a machine.
We are the retailer of record
Clear Path Solutions Group LLC holds the tobacco retail license for the machine, per location, and renews it. Your liquor license and your business are not the permit holder and are not on the application.
Age verification at the screen
The sale does not complete without on-device verification. It is not a staff judgment call, it is not a doorman's memory, and there is no override button behind the counter.
Licensed wholesale supply only
Every product is purchased through licensed distributors and sold sealed. We track state registry and directory requirements as they change and pull anything that stops qualifying.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. No purchase, no rental fee, no maintenance cost, no licensing cost. We provide the machine, the product, the permits and all the labor. You provide a bit of floor space and an outlet.
Does this put my liquor license at risk?
The tobacco license for the machine is held by Clear Path Solutions Group LLC, not by your venue — you are not the permit holder. Every sale is age-verified on the device, and your staff never handles the transaction. On the intro call we go through the specific rules for your address before anything is scheduled.
How do you stop a minor from buying?
Two layers. First, we only place machines in venues where nobody under 21 is admitted at any time — that is a federal condition, not a preference. Second, the machine verifies age on-device at the screen and will not dispense without it.
Do I have to manage or restock it?
No. We handle stocking, restocking, repairs, payments and customer refunds. Your only job is giving it a spot to live.
How much space does it need?
Very little — roughly four square feet against a wall near a standard outlet. It rolls in on locking casters and the install takes under an hour.
Does it need my WiFi?
No. The machine runs on its own cellular connection. Nothing touches your network, your POS, or your card processing.
How long until it's running?
Once you approve placement, licensing for your location typically takes about two weeks. We schedule the install once the permit is in hand — we do not place a machine and sort the paperwork out afterward.
What if it doesn't work out?
Hosting is month-to-month. If it's not a fit, we remove the machine. No strings.
